Mothers Uplifting Mothers is hosting a self-defense for ALL ladies and girls ages 11 and older in which skills will be taught by an experienced trainer. Please bring a water bottle (with tight-fitting lid) and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The cost is $10 per person, and the class is limited to 30 people.
